Imagine Marketing Pvt Ltd.(hereafter ¡°TAGG¡±) and its corporate affiliates (hereinafter referred to as ¡°the company¡±, ¡°we¡±, and ¡°ours¡±) is committed to protecting the privacy of its visitors and users (hereafter the "Visitors," "you" or ¡°your¡±) and understand the importance of privacy to you and will do its utmost to protect your privacy.

agreement for our company includes this privacy policy. Our products (including
the GPS used by the App) will not actively collect or save any of your personal

commercial third parties or individuals, even if you appear on the server with
it.
1. What Personal Data Do We Obtain

conjunction with other data, can be used to identify an individual. If you log
in to your account, such information as nicknames, contact information,
photographs, and the location and date of access to the product or service will
be utilised when you use our company's products or services. Your personal data
will only be used for the purposes mentioned in this policy. The following are
some instances of personal data we might use and how we might utilise it:
1.1 Personal Data Used by the Company
We use personal information such as nicknames, contact
information, photos, email addresses, age, and location. The types of personal
data we will use are illustrated in the following example.
(a) Your direct submission: When you use the device, some of our services may
require you to create an account. Some information, such as your e-mail
address, shipping address, contact information, product details, and purchase

communicate with others and share information using some of our company's

the error report if you encounter any errors while using our company's
equipment or software.
(b) Service usage data: We collect device name, system and application
version, regional and language settings, device version, device identification
(IMEI, ESN, MEID, and SN), geographic location (such as the area ID where the
device is located), service provider network ID (PLMN), usage habits, and IP
address from your device. We also keep track of the time spent on the service,
search query phrases, and data stored in cookies on the device.
(c) Third Party Data: As permitted by law, we also receive personal information through public and commercial sources. We also receive your data from the third-party social networking services, such as when you use Facebook or Twitter accounts to log into our website.
1.2 What Does Our Company Use Your Personal Data For?
We will use your personal data for the following purposes:
(a) fulfil orders; delivery, activate, or validate products or services; make changes at your request; and provide technical support.
(b) With your explicit approval, we may contact you; provide you
information about products and services that may be of interest to you; request
you to participate in promotional activities and market research; or send you
marketing information. You can unsubscribe at any moment if you do not wish to
receive such material.
(c) Send you notifications of operating system or application updates and installations.
(d) Provide you with a personalized user experience and personalized content, and activate after-sales services.
(e) Conduct internal audits, data analysis and research to improve our products and services.
(f) Analyze the efficiency of business operations and measure market share.
(g) Improve customer communications and ensure the provision of safe and quality services to customers.
(h) Troubleshoot the error if you choose to send us the details of the error.

1.3 Services that are based on a user's location
The company uses and handles the exact or obscure position of
your device when using certain location-based services (such as doing searches,
using navigation software, or checking weather in a location). To provide these
services, the company need these information. Your device's identification
number (IMEI, ESN, MEID, and SN), device kind, model number, and real-time
location data (collected via GPS, WLAN, and service provider's network ID) will
all be used by the company. The usage of location data by this company is for
the aim of providing and improving location-based products and services.

1.4 Access to telephone, SMS, address list and call record
The application will ask you to authorise the call, SMS, address list, and call record permissions when you use the call and SMS reminder function. The relevant data from your call, SMS, address book, and other devices will be utilised for display of bracelets, watches, and other devices with your consent, but the programme will not keep the relevant data from your call, SMS, or address list.
1.5 Use of camera and storage permissions
The application will ask you to authorise the camera and storage
permissions for taking images and reading albums when you use photos, scan, or
update your head portrait. You will not be able to use this function if you
refuse to submit the above information, but this will have no effect on your
normal usage of our other services.
1.6 One-click sharing service
In order to provide you with one-click sharing service, our App has integrated Umeng+ U-Share SDK , which will collect your device mac and identifiable information (such as IMEI/android ID/IDFA /OPENUDID/GUID¡¢SIM card IMSI information/Serial number) and public information of social account in order to share information with social account. And calibrate the accuracy of the report data by geographic location to provide basic anti-cheating services.For your information security, we have made data security confidentiality agreements with Umeng+, who will strictly abide by our data privacy and security requirements. 1.7 Collecting and Using Non-Identifying Data
Non-identifying data refers to data that cannot be used to determine an individual's identity. For example, the company collects aggregated statistics such as website traffic. The purpose of this data collected by the company is to understand how users use their websites, products and services. In this way, the company can improve its own services and better meet customer needs. The company may, at its own discretion, collect, use, process, transfer or disclose non-identifying data for other purposes.

1.8 Map track recording
For map navigation and other purposes, our products will embed the partner's SDK or other similar applications. For example, AutoNavi SDK requires you to open the device location permission and collect information about the location of the device, device identification number, and networking related information.
2. How do we use cookies and similar technologies

children's safety is at risk. Regardless of how local laws and customs define
children, we consider everybody under the age of 13 to be a child.
